The Seven Seas experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything felt immersive, magical, and so well put together. One of the highlights for me was the Mermaid Brew cocktail — not only beautiful but also delicious and perfectly balanced. A special shoutout to our waiter Gabi, who was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And of course, Chef Milton was amazing — his performance and presentation were outstanding and he truly delivered on every level. You can really see the passion and talent behind what he does. Overall such a fun and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Had such a great experience at Benihana. The food was so good, and I especially loved the soup, it was the perfect start to the meal. Kathryn at the host stand was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Mark, the manager, was very accommodating, and Jalen, the general manager, was so kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of. Overall, the hospitality was amazing and I left feeling genuinely welcomed. I’ll definitely be back.

Benihana is always are go-to for birthdays. We had a fantastic time visiting the location on 56th St. in Manhattan. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Thank you Benihana NY West for a wonderful birthday dinner celebration.

I had a great experience at Benihana. The waiter, Eden, and the chef, TU, were both very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. The chef did a great job preparing the food, and it was fun to watch the cooking right in front of us. The service was excellent, and they made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience for me and my son, and we really enjoyed our time. I would definitely come back again. Thank you Eden and Tu.

The food was very good, the atmosphere was great—quite noisy, but in a pleasant way. I would recommend having a coat check, because after this experience your clothes will smell strongly of smoke. I went with two children, and they were very excited and enjoyed the experience a lot.

My experience at Benihana was exceptional, and a huge part of that was our server, Eden. From the moment we sat down, Eden set the tone for the entire evening. She greeted our table with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an energy that made everyone feel instantly welcome. What stood out most was how effortlessly she balanced attentiveness with authenticity. She didn’t just take orders—she created an experience. Eden anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. Drinks were refilled at the perfect time, questions about the menu were answered with confidence and care, and she made sure everyone at the table felt included and taken care of. Even during busy moments in the restaurant, she remained calm, organized, and completely present with our table. Great service is about more than efficiency—it’s about making people feel valued—and Eden does that naturally. She brought a level of hospitality that you rarely see anymore. Our entire group left talking about how impressive she was. Benihana clearly has a special team member in Eden. If anyone represents what great hospitality should look like, it’s her. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t just do her job well—she elevates the entire restaurant experience. Management should be proud to have someone like her on the floor.

Tito was AMAZING! Great food fun extras and stuck to the strict allergy guidelines I was a little worried about my Wife being allergic to the seafood he cooked it last to ensure she’d have no issues ! His assistant Glenda, this kind woman was great also I had what seemed to be something in my drink she replaced it completely! My wife enjoyed her first time here thank you we will be back.
